As a cognitive therapist my emphasis is on teaching you to be your own counselor and coach so you can resolve your current problems in living and effectively intervene in the future. Using a wide variety of of research-based therapeutic approaches, I collaborate and assist my clients to explore new strategies, resources and techniques.

My goal is to help you realize your potential and lead a life that is satisfying and contented . While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve current challenges in your life. By applying a variety of complementary approaches and techniques, we will embark on a journey that identifies and challenges negative perceptions and beliefs that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling relationship and a meaningful balanced life.
