$130 per 50-55 minute session
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my annual deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- How much is my co-payment or co-insurance per session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
SEVERAL EAP BENEFITS AND SOME HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS MAY BE ACCEPTED.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
At the time of service: cash, check and most major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Whether scheduled for an in-person, telephonic or on-line video appointment, if you are unable to attend, you are required to notify me at least 48 hours in advance or you will be asked to pay the full cost of the session prior to schedulng a subsequent session. Please be advised that I am not able to bill your EAP or health insurer if you have missed a session.
